The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly making a massive push ahead of the NFL trade deadline — and if this deal goes through, it could shake the league to its core.
According to NFL insider RickeyScoops, the Cowboys are in active talks with the Miami Dolphins to acquire edge rusher Bradley Chubb and All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick in what could become one of the boldest trade packages in recent years.
Sources say that Chubb is “most likely on the move”, with both the Cowboys and 49ers showing strong interest. However, what’s turning heads across the league is that Fitzpatrick — one of the NFL’s premier safeties — could be part of the deal if Dallas wins the trade battle against San Francisco.
For the Cowboys, this would be a franchise-altering move. Chubb would instantly bolster an already dangerous pass rush led by Micah Parsons, giving Dallas arguably the most terrifying defensive front in football.
