The hacking collective Anonymous has issued a blunt five-word demand after thousands of pages of newly released emails revealed that Jeffrey Epstein and his associates were closely tracking former President Donald Trump’s movements for years.
The pressure on the Trump administration has intensified in recent weeks as calls grow for the release of the long-rumored Epstein files—documents many believe could shed new light on the disgraced financier’s network, political influence, and connections to powerful figures. Online, the conversation has exploded into a storm of outrage, speculation, and renewed scrutiny over Trump’s past ties to Epstein.
That conversation only deepened after the House Oversight Committee released more than 20,000 pages of emails and notes on Wednesday (13 November). The newly public documents—published by Republican members of the committee—show that Epstein’s staff continued monitoring Trump long after their personal relationship had collapsed.
According to the files, much of the correspondence focused on shared flight routes and airport schedules. In one message from November 25, 2016, shortly after Trump won the presidency, Epstein’s longtime pilot Larry Visoski wrote:
“Trump is still scheduled to depart Sunday between 4 and 6 pm. Let me know if we are firm for wheels up Saturday at 6pm still?”
Epstein replied: “Will let you know tomorrow morning.”
But later exchanges took on a more personal tone. Emails from 2018 show Epstein gossiping about Trump with former U.S. Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, mocking Trump’s behavior and even speculating about his mental stability. At one point, Summers asked:
“Will Trump crack into insanity?”
Epstein responded that the “pressure of the unknown” would push him into “crazy things.”
As the emails circulated widely online, Anonymous stepped in with their own response—one that instantly went viral.
On Wednesday evening, the group’s main account posted a sharp, five-word statement on X (formerly Twitter):
“Impeach and arrest Donald Trump.”
The post quickly racked up tens of thousands of interactions, with the group doubling down by claiming the leaked emails “confirm the story” and even accusing Epstein of “advising Russia on how to handle Donald Trump.” They also mocked MAGA supporters, writing:
“Poor little MAGA, they are trying so hard to gaslight and lie themselves out of this one.”
Democratic members of the Oversight Committee released additional emails from 2011, 2015, and 2019—earlier messages in which Epstein allegedly referred to Trump as a “dog that hasn’t barked,” claimed Trump “spent hours” at his home with one of Epstein’s victims, and insisted Trump “knew about the girls.”
The new disclosures have reignited the long-running Epstein scandal, one that has repeatedly resurfaced and continues to cast shadows over Trump’s public life.
In response, Trump took to Truth Social to dismiss the entire situation as politically motivated, accusing Democrats of “trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax again because they’ll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they’ve done on the Shutdown, and so many other subjects.”
Whether any additional documents will be released—and whether Anonymous’s demand will escalate into broader political action—remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: the newly leaked emails have once again thrust the Epstein saga into the spotlight, raising fresh questions that the public seems increasingly unwilling to let go.
