Chicago, IL – A potential shocker is making waves among Cubs fans: Kyle Schwarber, the former star who once shone in Chicago, may be about to return to Wrigley Field. The Cubs are seriously considering a reunion with the power hitter, and manager Craig Counsell couldn’t contain his excitement: “He’s a game-changer and perfect for our lineup.”
Schwarber left the Cubs in 2020 under shocking circumstances, when the team decided not to renew his contract after a difficult personal season.
