A real earthquake has just happened in the regional sports world. In a special event broadcast globally, CUSB was named “Most United Team in the Region”.
According to ESPN, this decision was made after more than 3 months of independent surveys, interviews with teams and hundreds of hours of video analysis of competitive spirit. The result surprised everyone: CUSB surpassed more than 60 teams from many countries to become a rare model of team spirit and humanity in sports.

ESPN called them “Miracle Team of Unity” – the team of miracle unity.
Netflix immediately announced plans to produce a 4-episode documentary series, scheduled for global release early next year, called “CUSB: The Power of One Team”.
And Guinness World Records officially set the record: “The regional sports team with the highest spirit of unity and solidarity ever recorded.”
What surprised experts was that CUSB did not own any famous stars, did not receive large sponsorships, and even faced the risk of disbanding just 2 years ago. But they did the unthinkable: turning adversity into strength, and turning each player into a perfect piece of faith.
During the ceremony, the head coach of CUSB shared briefly but made the whole hall silent:
“We don’t need the best, we need the one who doesn’t give up. And fortunately, on my team, no one has ever given up.”

That quote immediately became a viral quote, shared by millions of people on social networks in just a few hours. ESPN commented: “That is the most accurate definition of modern sportsmanship.”
Netflix also revealed that during the filming, their crew “couldn’t hold back tears” when witnessing the moments when CUSB players hugged each other and cried after each loss, had dinner together in the old gym, and chanted the slogan “We rise as one” before each game.
A reporter for The Athletic commented:
“CUSB is a reminder that football, or any sport, is ultimately about more than winning – it’s about overcoming difficulties together.”
Not only has CUSB gained international recognition, it has also become an inspiration for thousands of youth teams in the region. Many schools have incorporated the “CUSB Model” spirit into their training programs, considering it a prime example of solidarity and humanity in sports.
According to an official announcement from Guinness World Records, CUSB is the first team at the regional level to be recognized for its spirit of unity, opening a new record category: “Outstanding Team Unity in Sports.”
ESPN called it “one of the most human moments in sports in 2025,” and Netflix announced that it will dedicate 10% of the revenue from the CUSB series to support community sports development programs.

When asked how he felt after the award ceremony, the CUSB captain just smiled and said:
“We didn’t win because of this title. This title only appeared because we always won in each other’s hearts.”
From a small team, CUSB has stepped out into the world – not by strength, but by humanity. And perhaps, that is the greatest victory that sports can bring.
