The fourth and most dramatic milestone came on September 25. In a 9–2 victory over the Colorado Rockies, Raleigh launched his 60th home run of the season, a historic achievement that made him the first catcher ever to reach that mark and only the seventh player in MLB history to do so. This swing not only broke records but also galvanized the Mariners’ fan base and reinforced the team’s standing in the league.
Each of these four home runs carried tremendous weight.
