Brian Kilmeade and Ainsley Earhardt shared an on-set photo of themselves with Michael Waltz, but it failed miserably
Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade, co-hosts of Fox News‘ Fox & Friends, have shared a joint behind-the-scenes photo of themselves in the studio, but it has backfired tremendously.
The pair of co-hosts took to their Instagram on Sept. 24 to share a snap of themselves posing with the United States ambassador to the United Nations, Michael Waltz, on set. In the photo, Kilmeade smiled for the camera, wearing a grey suit and blue tie, while Earhardt popped next to the pair, donning a bright red suit.
Meanwhile, Waltz smiled and gave the camera a thumbs up, wearing a dark grey suit with a red tie. The TV personalities simply captioned the post with Waltz’s Instagram handle. However, the post failed to inspire anyone in the comments section as Kilmeade continues to come under fire for his latest controversial remarks.
Many questioned why Kilmeade hasn’t been fired from the network yet. The journalist came under fire after he suggested homeless people should be killed.

Brian Kilmeade and Ainsley Earhardt’s joint Instagram post has backfired in the comments section
On Fox and Friends last Wednesday (September 10), Kilmeade was joined by fellow hosts Lawrence Jones and Earhardt as they talked about the shocking murder of Iryna, a Ukrainian refugee who was fatally stabbed in the neck in an unprovoked attack on a light-rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The suspect, Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr., a 34-year-old Black homeless man with a long history of violent crime and mental illness, was arrested following the brutal murder, which was captured on CCTV. He now faces a state first-degree murder charge and a federal charge of committing an act causing death on a mass transportation system.
The Fox hosts called for the government to strengthen their handling of the homelessness crisis. Lawrence said, “They have given billions of dollars to mental health and the homeless population. A lot of them don’t want to take the programs, and a lot of them don’t want to get the help that is necessary.
“You can’t give them a choice. Either you take the resources that we’re going to give you, or you decide that you are going to be locked up in jail.”
Kilmeade then said, “Or involuntary lethal injection. Or something. Just kill them.”

The Fox & Friends co-host appeared on Fox & Friends Weekend on Sunday Sept. 14, where he addressed his comments to viewers. He said, “In the morning, we were discussing the murder of Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte, North Carolina, and how to stop these kinds of attacks by homeless, mentally ill assailants, including institutionalizing or jailing such people so they cannot attack again.
“Now, during that discussion, I wrongly said they should get lethal injections. I apologize for that extremely callous remark. I am obviously aware that not all mentally ill, homeless people act as the perpetrator did in North Carolina, and that so many homeless people deserve our empathy and compassion.”
Now, in the comments section of Kilmeade and Earhardt’s post, fans once again bashed the Fox News personality, with one person writing, “Why has Brian Kilmeade not been fired yet?” Another added, “Are you 3 going to go on a homeless people hunt?”
A third said, “Brian is still on the air?” as a fourth asked Kilmeade, “when are you resigning?” A fifth bashed, “When will @kilmeade be fired? Long overdue!” Yet another slammed, “Brian Kilmeade suggested homeless people be given lethal injections? Get rid of him now.” Another simply supplied the hashtag, “#FireBrianKilmeade.”
However, there were some supporters who showed up to the comments section of the on-set snap, with one person commending, “Excellent picture,” as another added, “Awwwwwwww, and u guys look really pretty!! Love ur outfits, and it looks really nice.” A third simply penned, “Gorgeous.”
