The United States has just been shocked by a bloody assassination targeting Charlie Kirk (born in 1993), a political activist supporting the Republican Party. The shooting was determined to have occurred at around 12:10 pm, from the rooftop of the Losee Center building on the campus of Utah Valley University, about 200 yards (equivalent to about 180 meters) from where Charlie was speaking. The shooter was described as wearing black clothes, carrying a rifle. Charlie was shot in the neck and died at the hospital. Charlie was a supporter of President Donald Trump, many times campaigning for Trump and Republican candidates. The media and the public often rank him among the influential figures in the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement.
